What is the WFD Sponsorship Program?
The Women’s Fellowship Development Sponsorship Program is an initiative by the Asia Pacific Forum (APF) designed to help women in Narcotics Anonymous find sponsors who truly understand them — not just through shared experience, but also through language and culture.
We believe sponsorship works best when you feel seen, heard, and safe. This program exists to help you connect with other NA women who speak your language, come from similar cultural backgrounds, and are willing to walk this path of recovery with you.

Whether you're just beginning your recovery journey or looking to deepen your connection, you're welcome here.
How it Works
01.
Fill out a simple form – tell us a bit about yourself, your language preferences, and what you’re looking for in a sponsor or sponsee.
02.
Get matched – WFD Coordinator will provide hopeful sponsees with a few options of sponsors. As a sponsee, the potential sponsor list you get will share your language.
03.
As a sponsee, you will reach out, connect, and begin the journey – it’s that simple.
This program is voluntary, confidential, and rooted in NA’s principles.
Why a Sponsorship Program?
In many parts of the APF region, language can be a barrier to finding sponsorship, specially among women. This program aims to bridge that gap.
One of our women members shared, "When I found someone who spoke my language and truly understood my story, something shifted. That’s when recovery got real for me."
We want more women to have that experience — of finding someone who just gets it.
